KOS 소개

대기오염물질배출시설 사업장 분류기준(Standards for Classification of Places of Business for Air Pollutant-Emitting Facilities)은 대기오염물질배출시설에서 나오는 오염물질 발생량에 따라 사업장을 1종부터 5종까지로 분류한다. 이는 대기환경보전법 제25조 제2항에 따라 대기환경보전법 시행령 제13조 및 별표 1의3에서 정하고 있다.

1. 대기환경보전법

제25조(사업장의 분류) ①환경부장관은 배출시설의 효율적인 설치 및 관리를 위하여 그 배출시설에서 나오는 오염물질 발생량에 따라 사업장을 1종부터 5종까지로 분류하여야 한다.
②제1항에 따른 사업장 분류기준은 대통령령으로 정한다.

2. 대기환경보전법 시행령

제13조(사업장의 분류기준) 법 제25조제2항에 따른 사업장 분류 기준은 별표 1의3과 같다. <개정 2016. 3. 29.>
